Aiden is a character who appears throughout the Hello Charlotte series. He is one of the tenants in the House.
Appearance[]
Aiden has short black hair that is neatly brushed down and black eyes with a mole underneath his left eye. He has long deer horns, which appear to be more similar to ram or cow horns in Charlotte's flashback to becoming friends with Aiden. He wears a neat suit with a black jacket, white shirt, and a red ribbon tied around his collar. He is also shown to wear white gloves, even when playing piano.
In Hello Charlotte 3, Aiden is shown to have a more unstable and monstrous form. He consistently shifts his shape, becoming less like a butler and more like Krampus when he shifts. One of his monstrous forms has a white mask with a smiling face covering his face. His deer horns are much longer, and his shoulders are large and go above his head. Another monstrous form has him in his butler suit with a black tie rather than a red ribbon around his collar. His head is that of black smoke, and looks animalistic and pointed. His horns are also made of smoke in this form, and white eyes sharply contrast his face.
Personality[]
Aiden's personality is largely unknown when he is in his Krampus form. In Charlotte's memory of him, he appeared to be proud and haughty towards those he deemed "bad."
Throughout Hello Charlotte 1 and Hello Charlotte 2, he is very fatherly towards Charlotte and treats her with unwavering kindness. He is very no-nonsense and refined, and often chides Bennett for his destructive and messy behavior. Though he's said to have a number of hobbies, including taxidermy, cooking, cleaning, and drawing, his most relevant hobbies in games 1 and 2 are dressmaking and piano playing. He frequently makes dresses for Charlotte, and also teaches her how to play piano regularly. Aiden also has an obsession with order and cleanliness, keeping his room in perfect symmetry
His personality in Hello Charlotte 3 is vastly different than what is shown in the first two games. He is very unstable, and is also obsessed with Charlotte. His taxidermy hobby comes into play, such as when he makes clothing and dolls out of Q84's old skin. He still keeps his room in perfect symmetry, and, when stable, is shown to be very caring and loving towards Q84.
Story[]
Background[]
Before the events of the game, Aiden appeared in Charlotte's house on Christmas. She had been planning to wait for and kidnap Santa Claus, but Aiden (as Krampus) arrived instead, and told her that he was there to punish her for being a naughty child. After arguing with him about whether she's a good girl, she drugged him with chloroform and brought her to the aliens so that she could "be friends" with him, by having Huxley brainwash him, resulting in Aiden becoming Charlotte's butler.
He also played a large part in helping Charlotte embrace her femininity, noticing how she wanted to wear the dresses he was making and telling her to wear it proudly. Aiden also encouraged Charlotte to let her hair grow, saying she would "make a wonderful lady" when she grew up.
Hello Charlotte 1[]
Aiden appears with the other tenants, commenting on Charlotte's "food" and telling Bennett not to give her any ideas regarding the locked door in the hallway. He then returns to the tailoring room, where he gives Charlotte the White Spotted Jellyfish Dress, and if Felix is in the party, asks them to try on some dresses.
Hello Charlotte 2[]
On Day 1, Aiden greets Charlotte, then reminds her of their piano lesson. After school, Charlotte can choose to attend the lesson, and they play a "prelude to events about to unfold".
On Day 2, Aiden is heard from behind the locked kitchen door, explaining that Bennett tried to cook, and the result is destroying everything in sight.
Before school on Day 6, Aiden can be found in the kitchen, having a heated debate with Huxley about "something involving particles and dark matter." After school he is in the Tailor Room, and gives Charlotte the Dark Matter Dress, which unlike the White Spotted Jellyfish Dress, can be equipped as an item. It can, according to him, change its shape, and he and Huxley are looking to find a way to make it change its structure as well.
He speaks to Charlotte after Day 25, when she is reluctant to go to sleep. He offers her tea, and offers her the use of the piano room to relieve her anger. He listens to her troubles, and tells her to spend more time in the dressing room. He also laments over Felix's refusal to help.
On Day 31, he can be found in the bathroom after the Warp Omnicube "malfunctions". He notes that Bennett has been causing havoc around the house, including replacing a jar of his ladyfinger cookies with toes, then tells Charlotte that because of Omnicubes' advanced evolution, they don't actually malfunction, and that the Warp Omnicube must be doing so of its own free will.
After school, he shows up as Charlotte attempts to cut her hair and does it for her, unintentionally giving her the same haircut as White Freya. He takes the scissors away and reassures Charlotte that he would be there if she needed someone to talk to before leaving.
He is last seen on Day 32, as one of the crossed out tenants repeatedly saying "Hello, Charlotte!"
In the Grey Ending and White Ending, he is consumed by Charlotte once she merges with the Oracle.
Hello Charlotte 3[]
In most of Hello Charlotte 3, Aiden is incoherent and in his monstrous form, much to Q84's dismay. He seems to be the one tenant in her House who actually cares about her, but he has unfortunately lost his conscious mind and has become animalistic for the majority of the story. He is seen making headpieces and clothing out of Q84's old skin from her discarded vessels, and even gives them to her so that she can try them on. He also ends up poisoning her with tea made by the tenants.
The one time we see Aiden fully coherent in this story is when Charlotte is when he wakes up Q84. She is delighted to see him back, but he encourages her to go to School. She asks him to go have fun and play games now that he's back, but he quickly becomes animalistic and monstrous once more. Q84 leaves his room, disappointed.

Aiden is one of the 14 characters shown in the Bonus Room at the end of Hello Charlotte 3.

- In a monster AU, Aiden would be a beast apparition closer to that of krampus, and would be more detached and threatening.
- If he were to do sports, Aiden would likely be good at archery or fencing.
- The "prelude to events about to unfold" played by Aiden and Charlotte is Alexander Gretchaninov's Prélude Opus 37 n°2.
- In the third game, Q84 suggests that she and Aiden arrange the food in the fridge together, implying that it is something he enjoys.
- In Hello Charlotte, Aiden's bookshelf holds the following titles: "Sewing or Everyone", "Dressmaking Made Easy", "Fancy Folds: Art of Napkin Folding", and "The Manly Art of Cross-Stitching"
- In Episode 1, Aiden is listed as one of the aliens in Charlotte's Book of Truth, despite this being clearly untrue in the subsequent episodes; Aiden is Krampus, and is clearly not from Überia like the other alien tenants.
