Effect	Changes the ribbon color on Charlotte's sprite to blue.
Location	Randomly obtained from the boxes in the Library in the TV World or in the Test Lab.

The Azure Ribbon is an item that appears in Hello Charlotte Episode 1. It is found randomly in one of the boxes sprinkled throughout Frei's Library in the TV World. Or you can get it from the Test Lab. Accessible from The Dissection Room. When used, it will be deleted from the inventory and will change the color of Charlotte's ribbon from yellow to blue. When used while still in the library, it does not seem to do anything other than trigger this string of dialogue from Charlotte: "How is it azure if it's still gray?".
