The Book of Truth is a journal that is held within the Stuff inventory at the start of Hello Charlotte Episode One and Hello Charlotte Episode Two It belongs to Charlotte Wiltshire and contains her observations of the world around her.

In the first entry, the Book of Truth's pages are lined and the drawings in them are well-done sketches of characters who represent their subject. The fifth and sixth pages detailing the Executioners and Pythias respectively are added after Charlotte and Felix make it back home from the TV World.
One important thing to note is that this Book of Truth lists Aiden as an Alien, this however, was retconned in all of the following games.

The Book of Truth was completely redone in Episode 2, and it is likely a newer notebook from the one used previously. This time the pages and drawings are fully colored; the drawings themselves adapted a less refined chibi style, showing the full body of the characters as opposed to the mugshot-styled sketches used in the first one. The details in the book have also noticeably changed, with the page dedicated to the Executioners absent completely, while pages detailing Oracles, Omnicubes and Magcats have been added.
