Charlotte Wiltshire O91 is a minor character with no dialogue in Hello Charlotte Episode Three.
Appearance[]
O91's human appearance is never seen, and she is instead in a vat when Scarlett and Florence find her on the 6th Floor. O91's brain is connected to various wires, and she does not appear to have a head. Her organs, such as her lungs and intestines, are seen connnected to some sort of output, presumably to allow her to continue basic life functions. O91 is very large, and towers above Scarlett, Florence, and everything else in the room.
Personality[]
Although O91 is never seen outside of the vat, it is reasonable to assume that she cared greatly for Charlotte Wiltshire. This is because Charles states that O91 desperately wanted Charlotte Wiltshire to live.

Hello Charlotte 1[]
O91, although never seen in Hello Charlotte 1, is the god of the TV World Charlotte and Felix journey through.
Hello Charlotte 3[]
Accompanied by Florence, Scarlett Eyler discovered this Charlotte unit on the 6th Floor in a laboratory in which time had stopped. After a brief recon session, they learn that she's some kind of "Oracle", the result of the "Oracle Project" that was being researched within the lab. When the two of them check the life-support device that encapsulated her, they realize that she's actually still alive, and surmise that she was being kept like this against her will in order to keep the TV World intact.

Charlotte Wiltshire O91 is one of the 14 characters shown in the Bonus Room at the end of Hello Charlotte 3.
