Q84 is a main character in Hello Charlotte Episode 3. She appears in both the prologue and the end of the game.
Appearance[]
Q84's appearance is very similar to Charlotte Wiltshire's, due to them both being the same model. She has long white hair, tied into two large pigtails with a white ribbon and white eyes. Q84 wears a slightly puffy long-sleeved white blouse with buttons in it. This blouse has relatively tight sleeves, which causes them to give off a more 'poofy' look. This blouse is tucked into a mid-thigh length white skirt, that has slits in it. She also has thigh-high socks, and white ballet flats.
Once Q84 makes her wish, she has yellow eyes. She also has meat with many eyes coming out of her that she can control. She is also seen with hands coming out of her in one of the CGs where she kills Scarlett. Eventually, after making her wish, Charlotte begins to decompose with yellow boils and eyes appearing on her face. She disintegrates into flesh and eyes at her death until eventually being revived into a new Charlotte body.
Personality[]
Q84 is constantly going against the "plot" she is meant to follow, tormenting others and wreaking havoc as a form of rebellion. She destroys all the puzzles on her floor because she finds them unnecessary, and she also refuses to SOCIALIZE.
She is snarky, crass, and violent, performing regular executions for fun and to appease the student population as part of her White Society activities. Q84 regularly provokes the tenants in the House as well, as shown by her replacing Felix's favorite cereal with dried bloodworms. Charles proposes the idea that she does this because she wants to ruin the fun other people have without her. Q84 herself states that if she were to stop bothering the other tenants in her House, they would ignore her altogether.
Q84 is also incredibly self-aware, and as a result is completely terrified of the audience and pain. She regularly tries to avoid any pain and suffering at all through her idea of becoming "pure white", destroying her "vessel" whenever it becomes injured so that she can get a new 'pure' one.
Despite her rude and rebellious nature, she seems to care deeply about Charles Eyler. She refers to him as "Father" at certain points, and is shown trying to comfort him with the House is destroyed. During the Prologue, she is deeply protective of him when Scarlett makes "a show out of his memories." During the ending of the Prologue, she also seems to find comfort in Charles, leaning on him as she passes.
In addition to caring about Charles, Q84 also seems to care about Aiden. Due to having common sense as a part of his brainwashing, he convinced the workers not to experiment on her in order to find the secret to immortality. However, Aiden progressively become more unstable, causing him to do things such as build dolls out of Q84's corpses, and shifting back into his Krampus form. Q84 hates this, and becomes depressed as a result. She is pleased whenever she is able to talk to Aiden when he is stable, and always wants to do something fun with him.
Story[]
Background[]

Q84 talks to the God of this world
When Q84 was first created, Charles took great interest in her, telling her that she did not have to be a good girl like Mother said. He informed Q84 about the nature of the House, and about the Charlotte Wiltshire who made her wishes in the first two games, telling Q84 that she also has a wish.
According to Q84's memory, she first met Anri when her skirt was stolen from her locker during PE. Q84 felt nothing watching everyone laugh at her, and left her alone. Eventually, Anri became someone who bought them coffee. Q84 comes preloaded, as it is implied all Charlotte units do, with the memory of meeting Aiden and brainwashing him into being her butler. The oldest memory of her's she has is of locking herself in the laboratory for three days and being harassed by the workers as they wanted to investigate her once they found out she couldn't die. Aiden talked the workers out of running their experiments because he was preloaded with common sense, but eventually became much more unstable, much to Charlotte's sadness.
In one of Q84's dreams, when her Educational Program began she was bullied throughout the week. She was "made to eat dirt" and "got assaulted in the changing room." These actions caused her to decide that she would not become a victim, and is implied to have started her decision to become "pure white".
Hello Charlotte 3[]
Prologue[]
Charlotte Unit Q84 is first introduced to the player after waking up in distress after having a dream of talking to the God of this world. She is immediately shown to be more mischievous than the previous Charlotte Wiltshire when she interacts with her datacube and reminds the player of the fact she "accidentally cleared all the data the other day."
Q84 goes on to interact with the other tenants of the house, and expresses annoyance at Aiden being unintelligible. When talking to Felix, it becomes apparent that he is afraid of her, likely due to her cruelty. Huxley is far too busy to talk to Charlotte, and Bennett is high on soap.
When leaving for School, Q84 can go into the house next door. In this house, it is shown that there is another Charlotte lying in the bed, dead. On her way to the School, Q84 sees a person being bullied, and ignores it after taking a photo for fun.

Scarlett confronts Q84 on the rooftop
On the second floor of the School, Anri meets Charlotte so that they can eat lunch together. She has bought Q84 some lunch, and they go to the rooftop to eat with the other 'friends.' Girl A, Girl B, and Girl C are waiting on the rooftop for them. Scarlett comes to the rooftop to confront the group as they eat, as it is a restricted area. Q84 tells her friends to let Scarlett continue admonishing them because she thinks it's fun, and leaves to go perform her White Society duties.
Before going to the White Society Room, C comes to meet Q84. Aware of his status at the God of their world, she calls him Charles. He greets her, and she invites him to join in on seeing her White Society activities, to which he politely declines. Q84 doesn't seem extremely excited to go to perform her White Society duties because, according to her, they "only need new scapegoats to blame for their own inability to change."
Q84 starts her White Society meeting, where she recounts the mottos and rules of White Society. After the voting session Q84 begins the Execution Hour. This Execution Hour features the execution of Girl B, where Q84 accuses Girl B of supporting violent behavior due to a drawing of someone being punched. The final blow Q84 deals to Girl B is burning her alive. Tired after her Execution Hour, Q84 goes home to rest and wakes up the next day.
on Day 2, Q84 goes to talk to the other tenants. Aiden appears to be stable for a brief period of time, but is shown to clearly be insane when he hands Q84 a headpiece made from her own skin. She leaves in horror. When Q84 talks to Bennett, he states that he will be watching TV later. She makes a note to visit the TV Room later, and has the option to destroy the TV sets. In Felix's Lab, Q84 has a similarly destructive idea to delete all of his research from his computer. If you choose to do so, you'll be granted an achievement. In Huxley's Room, she finds out that Huxley has replaced himself with a Robot-Huxley so that he doesn't have to deal with her. She also finds out that many of the other workers have been replaced with robots.
When Charlotte finally goes to school, she asks Anri to skip class with her, also asking her to buy her something to eat. Scarlett will interrupt the two on 2F, saying that she is keeping an eye on Q84 and her White Society activities. Q84 and Anri go into the Garden, and Q84 has the option to push Anri into the water, for which you will receive an achievement. They also go into the Principal's Office where they find a cardboard Principal and files on all of the students in the School. Girl A and Girl C will ask Anri to invite them all to her house, to which Anri reluctantly accepts.
In Anri's apartment, Charlotte will ask Anri to get the rest of them something to drink, and then proceeds to join the other girls in snooping around her apartment. They find her dead brother's body, to which Q84 reacts with excitement, and complains that the others are overreacting to this discovery. She eventually finds Anri in the bathroom and awkwardly tries to comfort her, until leaving for her White Society activities. Before leaving, she leaves behind the chips Anri bought her.
The next Execution Hour is for Boy A, where Q84 claims that he is being executed for posting "THAT right on [his] profile page". His post was about still sleeping with teddy bears, and Charlotte claims that it is offensive to all those who do not like teddy bears. She decapitates him and goes home.
Q84 being attacked from behind
In the hallway to her front door, Q84 is attacked by someone from behind. Charles watches over Q84 until she wakes up, and Charlotte asks him if he was the one who attacked her. He denies this accusation and helps Charlotte to her door. Aiden greets her at the door and carries her to her bed and brings her some tea from the other tenants. It is poisoned, and Q84 dies.
On Day 3, Q84 wakes up and states that she knew the tea was poisoned, but drank it anyways because there was no faster way to heal. She goes to the bathroom to wash her face and finds a sober Bennett there. She harasses him until he slams her into the bathroom wall, knocking her unconscious.
Charles is there for Q84 when she wakes up, and warns Q84 that the more spare vessels she uses the shorter her lifespan will become. She ignores his warning and promptly kills herself with a toothbrush, saying that she is "whiter than ever before~".
Q84 goes to see Aiden soon afterwards, and falls asleep in his room. When she wakes up, Aiden is back fully stable. She excitedly offers to go arrange food in the fridge, but Aiden soon reverts to his monster form. Charlotte becomes upset and refuses to go back into his room.
When Charlotte goes to the Dining Room, she sees that Bennett, Felix, and Florence are all celebrating her death-day. She asks them for some juice, and goes on to visit Huxley's secret laboratory. Q84 asks Huxley why he's growing Felix clones in the tanks, and finds out that Huxley is trying to clone himself so that he can pass off his knowledge. She also discovers that Huxley finds Felix disposable, and destroys all of the tanks with a bat, forcing Huxley to value Felix.

Q84 resting with C
Q84 leaves her house to go to School, and sees Charles on the first floor of the School. However, he leaves as Scarlett enters the hallway to question Charlotte about the missing Anri. Q84 leaves to go find C in the library, having a panic attack. Upon seeing this Q84 comes to the conclusion that he is afraid of Scarlett Eyler, but C avoids her questions. He leaves to go rest in the Infirmary, and Q84 goes off to investigate Linq-related activity.
While investigating Linq-related activity, she infects a student who sells Linq with the White Flu. After she's done, she goes to the Infirmary to talk to Charles. He asks her to rest with him, and laments over the fact she has destroyed all of the puzzles and SOCIALIZATION participants on her floor. Q84 counters this by saying that such things are useless anyways. The two rest on the infirmary bed while C tells Q84 of the potential impostor in the House. Q84 complains about her lack of allies within her house, and is annoyed when Charles suggests that she may be purposefully harassing them whenever they have fun without her. She then leaves to complete her next Execution Hour.
Her Execution Hour is for Anri this time, but it isn't able to be completed because Scarlett interrupts the program and stabs Q84. Q84 wakes up in the Garden in great pain to find out the Scarlett is the one who forcefully Linqed with her earlier. Scarlett is purposefully showing her memories of the True Realm to Q84 so that those memories will, in turn, be shared with the Puppeteer. Scarlett steals Charlotte's eye before the Charlotte vessel perishes.
After being attacked in the Garden, Q84 wakes up in a new vessel in the Infirmary. Charles is watching over her once again, and the two talk about Q84. They are both confused about why Scarlett has become so violent, but Q84 is more openly bitter towards Scarlett, saying that she should be punished for tormenting Charles during his lifetime. She proclaims her plan to use her wish to deal with Scarlett, and goes home to sleep.
Nobody is around when Q84 arrives home, and she goes to sleep. She has a dream about her Educational Program, and wakes up to being operated on and drugged by Bennett and Florence. These drugs both disorient her and make it harder for her to move. The workers leave for a short while, and Q84 makes her attempt to escape. Charlotte escapes through an air vent which is promptly filled with poisonous gas, and then hides in a pile of her discarded vessels until eventually making her way to the elevator. In the elevator, she is attacked by Scarlett Eyler.
Q84 wakes up in the White Society Room covered in blood and vomit. She tells Scarlett off for causing so much pain to Charles during his lifetime, but trying to be a savior now. She also expresses anger at Scarlett sharing her memories for the Puppeteer, saying that she "made a show out of his memories." As a result, Charlotte uses Mother's power and makes her wish to "end this once and for all."
After making her wish, Charlotte brutally murders Scarlett by impaling her. She also talks directly to the Puppeteer, chastising them for watching and saying that she "won't be the one to feed your ego." She blends Scarlett into a puppet, and ends her final Execution Hour.

Q84 dies in C's arms
As Q84 dies, Charles comes in to comfort her for one last time. She gets angry at Charles for creating such a meaningless world, but takes comfort in leaning on him. When Q84 is finally dead, the Umbrella Man makes an appearance. Charles begs the Umbrella Man who identifies himself as "Father" to help save Q84, and Father offers the idea of putting her into a defective Charlotte vessel.
Being Revived[]
Q84 wakes up in Charles' room after being revived in a defective Charlotte Unit. She is very upset with him at this realization, and asks him to kill her so that she can finally rest. He says that he will, but asks her to help him one last time for emotional support. She grudgingly accepts, and asks what happened to his previous Vincent vessel. Charles sadly admits that the vessel killed himself, and Q84 says that they should bury him later.
The two go into Charles' father's room to see one television set. This television set shows the story of Scarlett confronting V19 and being placed into the Charlotte vessel that was present in Episode 1 and 2. Q84 asks Charles why he went into the television set, and mocks him for being bullied in that world and cosplaying in Vincent's vessel. Charlotte finally asks who the "other Charles" was if he was using the Vincent vessel the whole time, and Umbrella Man makes his dramatic entrance.
Q84 is greatly upset at Charles wanting to help Scarlett because she believes that it is the same Scarlett who drove him to suicide. She suggests that they switch the channel, and the Puppeteer is given the option to either free Scarlett or switch the channel.
HAPPY E&%NdD: Chihdj78UJlhood's E8&nd[]

Q84 talks during her White Society meeting
Q84 changes the channel to a video of Charlotte watching TV and eating chips happily. Suddenly upset by this image, she continuously switches the channel until Charles yells at her to stop. She decides to return to 1F and rebuild White Society to use all of the students as a vessel to contain Scarlett, and does not care if her decision is selfish. Charles asks if Q84 still wants to die, and Q84 states that she has changed her mind.
True Ending: Goodbye, Charlotte[]

Q84 smashing the TV
After making the decision to free Scarlett, Q84 shouts that she will be the one to destroy the television set, saying that she doesn't want Charles to bear the burden. As she crushes the television with a hammer, she thinks about how Scarlett was not an unwanted child, and Charles wanted her to exist. As she completes the task, she asserts that their stories will continue.
Q84 and Charles are next seen burying Vincent in a seemingly bottomless pit under a black sun. She also joins him to go kill Mother and hugs him as he has a panic attack. She tries to comfort her "Father", and states that a new day will come, and their time will start moving again. In her final statement, she says "There's nothing to be sad about," Something that Charles often said throughout his memories of the True Realm.
