V19 is an "antagonist" in Hello Charlotte Episode Three. She also appears in the art gacha in Hello Charlotte Episode Two.
Appearance[]
V19 is very similar to all other Charlotte's due to the fact they are the same model. V19 has fluffy white hair, and yellow eyes due to the fact she has made her wish, though as all Charlottes it is assumed that her eyes are normally white, and in some of her art, she is depicted with white eyes. Small yellow boils can be seen on both of her cheeks. She wears a white turtleneck shirt with a v-necked long-sleeved black shirt over it. In etherane's art of V19, she is also wearing black shorts, white thigh-high socks, and black ballet flats. These however, are never seen in the game.
When first seen, V19 is wielding the power of her wish, and her hair has become partially transformed into meat-eye-tentacles she uses to kill the residents of her floor. She is also shown to have a black
spike halo when wielding the full force of her wish. V19 is also depicted as having pitch-black skin with a white smile and eyes at times. It is unknown if this is meant to be artistic or taken literally.
Personality[]
Not much is known about V19's personality in times of peace. She is shown after being pushed to her breaking point and making her wish. She is erratic, mean, angry, and sad. V19 is very aware of the nature of the House, and is determined to share it with Scarlett. As a result, she comes off as slightly obsessive, and very hostile towards the Puppeteer.
Story[]
Background[]
It is implied based on dialogue from The Parasite that V19 was rude and condescending the the students on her floor, fully aware that they were NPCs. However, due ot this rudness, she was also implied to have been cruelly bullied, and possibly even sexually assaulted.
Hello Charlotte 3[]
V19 is first seen after the Prologue through Scarlett's perspective. She is in the process of destroying her floor and killing the other students that used to populate it. After V19 kills the students, she tells Scarlett to play hide-and-seek, and that they will "meet where Mother is." Scarlett notes that she was crying as she said this.
When Scarlett finally finds V19 on 11F, V19 explains the truths of their world. She reveals Mother to be an inhuman creator that mindlessly creates Charlottes. She makes sure to note that all Charlottes are meant to do is amuse the spectators, and bleed for the entertainment of the mysterious Puppeteers.
Eventually, V19 tells Mother to give Scarlett Eyler the necessary qualities to kill her, and allows Scarlett to choke her to death. As she dies, she tells Scarlett that someday she will be the one who cries about wanting to be loved and being forced to be a "good girl." V19 dies, and Scarlett asks her Oracle to turn her into a "Charlotte" so that she can finally understand V19. As she does this, she considers the fact V19 may have wished for this all along.

- V19 and Scarlett would share a dorm, because Scarlett was tricked into it.
- V19 is a very well-endowed Charlotte, which makes her ideal for advertising the most unsellable of products.[1]
