The Dark Matter Dress is an item that appears only in Hello Charlotte Episode 2. This item merely makes a minor cosmetic change to Charlotte's sprite and doesn't affect any of her portraits; it replaces the Normal Dress while being worn. Aiden gives it to her after school on the 6th day.
