The Fancy Brooch is an item that only appears in Hello Charlotte Episode 1 and is found in the Space of Abundance in the third stage of the TV World. To obtain it, first speak to the blue Flower Lady that does not lie (she will always ask for the contents of the Red Box when spoken to), then the Space of Abundance will be accessible. Return there and interact with the Red Box; the Fancy Brooch will then be in the inventory. Return it to its owner in exchange for the Shiny Brooch, which is needed to progress.
