Freya is one of the Oracles, she is also the first Oracle shown in the Hello Charlotte Series. She was the Pythias Oracle, and was the hivemind of the Pythias.
Appearance[]
Freya has the appearance of a standard female Pythia, also known as Freya. Their two normal eyes are pitch black, while their top eye has black sclera with a white pupil that changes size, presumably based on their mood. Freya has short black hair, with two long tails on both sides of their face.
Personality[]
In Episodes 1 and 2, Freya is seen as a benign, gentle god during the two brief encounters with them. they are mournful of the pain inflicted upon Pythias by other Pythias, and wishes to die with them. The Oracle seems to regret all of the violence caused by the wish that was made, but forgives all of the cruel actions performed by the Executioners.
Story[]
Background[]
The Oracle is shown to have made a 'wish' to connect the minds of all Pythias, which resulted in a war between Individualists and Globalists. As the Pythias slowly lost individual egos, the Executioners performed God-hunts in order to try and destroy the Pythias who wished to merge together.
Eventually, the Executioners overwhelm the Globalists to such a degree that the Slaughterland that Charlotte and Felix enter is created. The floor of this area is literally covered in blood, and is littered with the corpses of Pythias.
Hello Charlotte 1[]
The Oracle is first visited in person within the body of a fatally wounded Pythia girl. This girl is locked away in one of the buildings guarded by Executioners in the Slaughterland. The Oracle believes that Charlotte and Felix are Executioners there to kill her, and tells them to kill her quickly. The Oracle states that they believe that they have met Charlotte's parent before, implying she knew about Mother. The Oracle tells Charlotte and Felix to leave the Slaughterland, and implies that they may see them again shortly.
In the Final Room, the Oracle mentions that there used to be an infinite number of channels, and explains how the Executioners destroyed the general Pythia population. The Oracle also forgives them in their speech, and asks Charlotte if she wishes to escape this dying world. Charlotte accepts, and they join hands in order to merge with each other.
Hello Charlotte 2[]
Freya is briefly seen in Hello Charlotte 2 when trying to find a form in Charlotte's dreamscape. The Oracle glitches for a short while, speaking gibberish and constantly changing form until eventually shifting into a solid Frei form. This is done due to Charlotte's subconscious fear of Oracle Freya.
Oracle Freya will also briefly appear during the Black Ending as Charlotte grows weaker. Freya states that they will be with Charlotte until they completely decay, and says that they can finally rest.
Hello Charlotte 3[]
On the 6th floor O91 is found. It is implied that this is the same Oracle that Charlotte encounters in the TV World, although it is not entirely clear if the consciousness of this Oracle is what Charlotte interacts with. They turn Charlotte's soul data into an old television set, determined not to allow Charlotte to die.

- The relationship with Freya(Oracle) and O91 is very unclear and only mentioned in passing, which is why Freya is not listed as appearing in Hello Charlotte 3.
- They/Them pronouns are used for Freya in this wiki, but their pronouns aren't entirely confirmed within the games.
- This is due to the fact that Felix states Oracles have no gender. This decision is not made for Oracle Frei to more easily differentiate between the two, as well as the way he tells Charlotte to refer to him as an individual to be easier for her.
