The 'GIFT VOUCHER is an item given to ÜLAR in Mr. Rainer's Solve-It Service.
Background[]
The GIFT VOUCHER is exchanged at the DISPENSER for a surprise gift. It is given to ÜLAR in the SOLVE-IT SERVICE STARTER PACK before MR RAINER enters BACKGROUND MODE.
On the first day that ÜLAR goes to this DISPENSER, the DISPENSER is out of gifts and tells him to try again the next day. On the right branch of the story, he is actually able to use this GIFT VOUCHER and gets the Weave Type Personalities file.
