Delirium is a short spin-off game taking place shortly after the first Hello Charlotte game in an alternate universe. It is not part of the main storyline, but is still a part of the Hello Charlotte Series.
Summary[]
Charlotte lives in the House with no Puppeteer, and does anything she wants. After merging with the Oracle in the TV World, she has fun every day in the House with Huxley, Aiden, Felix, and Bennett. She even has a girlfriend named Anri!
Using the power of the Oracle she goes on an adventure to a new world, the Meat World, and meets OSIRIS as she tries to rescue Anri.
Story[]
The following may serve as a walkthrough of sorts, but beware of spoilers.
Intro
Delirium begins with 'Charlotte' talking to the Puppeteer, and asking them to take care of her. The person talking through Charlotte is implied to be the Umbrella Man, who tells the Puppeteer that the world of Delirium is a world with no Puppeteer. Despite this, she continues to talk to herself.
Charlotte wakes up in the House, which is her world. She states that she is not allowed to speak of the House tenants, touch the Screens, disturb their neighbors, and that they are especially not allowed to leave the House. Charlotte, however, does not care about this, because with the Oracle's power she can eat anything in her way. As she wakes up, there are two mysterious people named August and November talking about replacing her organs with junk food. Charlotte wakes up feeling perfectly fine, and decides that she should probably feed her magcat some cockroaches.
Reading Charlotte's Book of Friends will reveal that everyone in the House is her friend, except for Scarlett Eyler. She also notes that she hasn't seen Aiden around lately.
As you explore her room, you discover she likes the color yellow because it reminds her of the Umbrella Man, she likes rabbits, and that she grows bacteria in her dresser. Charlotte also doesn't read books. The omnicubes also refuse to talk to Charlotte.
Charlotte goes to the kitchen to feed her magcat the cockroaches, who is heavily disappointed in Charlotte's food. It is then the Obligatory TV Watching Session. In the TV Room, Charlotte notes that she had fun in the Channel Dimension with Freya. This may be referring to the Oracle Freya or White Freya. She also says that she's sorry about what she did to Frei and his drones. Using the remote reveals it doesn't work, and Charlotte hears footsteps from outside. She decides not to go unarmed and grabs a pair of Scissors from underneath her bed.
There's an Intruder in the House
Checking the front door reveals that there is someone inside the House. Charlotte can go into the REDRUM and interact with the cage filled with Pythias she took back to her world after going to the TV World. Huxley will come in after this and kill her, resulting in the BAD END: No One Comes Back From REDRUM. To successfully go through the REDRUM, Charlotte has to interact with the last drawer to get the Key.
With the key in hand, Charlotte goes to the Storage Room which is filled with ominous green slime and floating bits of something. She must reach the end of the room and interact with the drawer to get the Locker Key and exit the room. If she does not do this, she will succumb to the poisonous fumes and get the BAD END: Intoxicated.
Now that she has the Locker Key, Charlotte goes to the Locker Room and grabs a Hazmat Suit. This allows her to get through the Workers Room without being killed, which would lead to a BAD END: You're Not One Of Us. Charlotte can now interact with all of the workers, who all say nice things while secretly being rude. In the library-esque area behind the Workers Room, Anri is found. This causes Charlotte to mention Anri's backstory where Charlotte killed Anri's brother, and now Anri lives in the House. The two are even girlfriends!
Anri is more open to torture and violence in this game, wanting to deal with the intruder in a very harsh manner. They find a Syringe in the Incinerator Room, which they use to apprehend the intruder in the TV Room. This intruder is visually revealed to be Scarlett Eyler, and Charlotte says that she knows her all too well. Charlotte tranquilizes the intruder and brings her to the Morgue Room so that Felix and Bennett can torture and experiment on her.
Anri says that watching such things gets boring after the 6th time, and Charlotte decides to make things more interesting. She consumes Scarlett's body and uses the energy obtained from it to go to the Meat World, however, Anri is missing.
Rescuing Anri
Charlotte is now in the World of Meat and Machinery. She appears in a room with red liquid on the floor, presumably blood, where many of the objects are in binary code. Exploring to a library room in the lower left reveals OSIRIS, a drone who desires to destroy the Reign. OSIRIS agrees to help Charlotte find Anri and do her homework as long as she assists him in destroying the Reign.
As they re-enter the main room, OSIRIS tells Charlotte that they need to get "Meats" to get into the next area. Charlotte captures various meat creatures, also known as Walkers by throwing OSIRIS at them. Once she gathers 5, she takes their bodies to the elevator and travels upwards.
In the next area, they encounter a device in the left room that opens one of two rooms. The right room or the central room. If Charlotte opens the right room, she will be chased by a strange meat creature and have to return to open the central room. In the central room, she and OSIRIS will be chased by a similar meat creature. To survive, she must press the elevator button and enter the elevator before being captured and killed.
While in the elevator, OSIRIS explains how the Meat World came to be such a disaster. To fix their mistakes, OSIRIS is determined to destroy the Reign and kill all of the defective meat creatures. The two find a machine that can transform matter. Charlotte finds the key in a hole that cuts off her hand, but she simply grows it back. They use Junk Metal to create a Crowbar that allows them to find a room full of test subjects in tubes. OSIRIS will tell Charlotte to grab one of them and take it to the machine so that he can make a new android body for himself. This allows them to progress into the next area, as he is much stronger in his new body.
As they enter the next room, the two are forced to run away from multiple meat monsters to reach the elevator. While in the elevator, Charlotte asks what OSIRIS is planning to do once he gets to the Core of the Reign. He says that he is planning to load himself into all of the defective meats and commit self-destruct. Charlotte calls him suicidal, and he tells her to "SHUT IT."
Charlotte and OSIRIS arrive at the Reign's Core and discover that Anri's organs have been connected to the Core. The Core is meant to preserve life, and Anri was dying upon entering the Meat World. The Reign refuses to let Anri go as she has the necessary genetic material to reproduce life. OSIRIS loads his consciousness into the Reign, and Charlotte cuts Anri out of the Reign. Charlotte eats the world and returns home with OSIRIS and a now fully-restored Anri.
Back Home
Once home, OSIRIS asks Charlotte why she brought him back. She cites that he promised to do her homework, and they continue on in their day. The fun never ends in their House.
End of spoilers.
Endings[]
- BAD END: No One Comes Back From REDRUM
This ending occurs if Charlotte goes into the REDRUM and interacts with the Pythia cage. Huxley will enter after she says this, saying that she broke a promise they made. He kills her soon afterward.
End of spoilers.
- BAD END: You're Not One Of Us
This ending will occur if Charlotte enters the Workers Room without a Hazmat Suit on. The workers will immediately swarm and then kill her.
End of spoilers.
- BAD END: Intoxicated
This ending will occur if Charlotte goes to the Storage Room and fails to get the Locker Key and exit within 11 seconds.
End of spoilers.
- MAIN END
Anri is found attached to the Reign, and Charlotte cuts her away from it. OSIRIS loads his mind into the Reign, destroying it, and Charlotte eats the World of Meat and Machinery. Using the energy from the world, Charlotte heals Anri and returns to the House with OSIRIS.

Gameplay[]
Most of the gameplay is comprised of various fetch quests meant to solve a puzzle. Charlotte often has to run around and find objects, and other characters or setting pieces may hint at what she has to do. This game does not have TASKS like other Hello Charlotte games do, likely due to the fact Charlotte does not have a Puppeteer.
