The Puppeteer is introduced to a new world with a new Charlotte. Q84, a Charlotte who runs the White Society and lives in the House with the same tenants you've grown used to. She's friends with C and not so much with Anri. Q84 tries throughout the game to stay as pure white as possible, never allowing her vessel to become tainted or injured.
Meet Scarlett, a high-achieving girl with harsh standards. Help her on her quest to understand the meaning behind one's tears.
Story[]
The game starts with a monologue, describing a show - likely referring to the game - inviting viewers to come witness the world.
Umbrella Man greets the Puppeteer, asking why they're here and recalling the contract made in Episode 2. He states that the story must be seen from beginning to end.
A second monologue starts, presumably narrated by the protagonist, Q84, where she recalls being confused about who she was and hearing voices telling her to be a good girl, when she hears another voice telling her that she doesn't have to be.
Episode 0[]
Episode 0 starts with Q84 waking up in a completely white room after having "that dream" again, and leaves to greet everyone before school, similarly to Episode 2.

BAD END: For Science!
The following content contains spoilers for Hello Charlotte: Episode Three.
This ending can occur if Q84 fails at any point when running away from the other tenants of the House. If she does not escape the vents quickly enough, or doesn't leave the pile of bodies at the correct time she will be captured by the other workers and be used "For Science."
