KOH is one of the many ingredients necessary to complete the DIY Bomb in Hello Charlotte Episode 3. It is acquired along with a handful of other chemicals from the table in the room where the third Eden challenge takes place. When combined with HCl, both items are consumed and replaced by KCl in the Inventory.
