The Knife is an item that appears in Hello Charlotte Episode 3. It is located on the science table on 9F during the third Eden Challenge, next to all the flasks (see image below). The Knife's sole purpose is to gut one of the corpses in the room to obtain what's inside: Clue, and will disappear from the Inventory afterwards.
The Knife can be seen resting on the table where Bennett stands.
