Lecter is a character who appears as a side character in numerous games in the Hello Charlotte Series, and who will also be appearing in the upcoming game Rehab Friday with Henry Huxley. Not much is known about this character, as he does not talk in the games he appears in up to this point.
What little is known about him is found on his character bio in etherane's Weebly. "Well-read and reserved. Has a habit of crossing his arms. His eyes light up when he discovers something new about the world."[1]
