The Nebula Ownership is an item that appears only in Hello Charlotte Episode 1, also known as Helix Nebula Ownership. It can only be acquired during the task: "Kill Time". Head to the front door of Charlotte's home and go out into the hallway. Next, interact with the door with the Puppeteer symbol on it, and Felix will open it. Once inside the room (which is implied to be a projection of some sector in outer space), the player can choose to collect the Nebula Ownership and it will appear in the Stuff (Inventory). It does not seem to do anything, however, and will disappear from the inventory once Charlotte goes to bed.
