OSIRIS is a main character in Hello Charlotte: Delirium.
Appearance[]
When Charlotte first meets OSIRIS, he is in an orb form. He is a black orb that floats, and has a rectangular panel on the front that appears as though they are eyes. Two black lines are shown on this panel, presumably to appear as eyes or sensors of some sort.
When OSIRIS gets an android body, his skin is a dark black with the same panel on his head. He is tall, and wears a formal suit with a black jacket over a white, button-up shirt.
Personality[]
OSIRIS looks down on others, believing that he is a superior AI and those with "meat" are inferior. As a result, he is very demanding and blunt towards others. He regularly insults Charlotte, calling her a "twit", "stupid", and a "human maggot". Often ignoring the requests of others, OSIRIS continues to talk despite Charlotte's request for him to stop.
His only goal is to get to the core of the Reign so that he can destroy it. He seems to be depressed, as his plan involves suicide, and likely uses his insults as a coping mechanism.
Story[]
Background[]
At some point, OSIRIS was created as an AI from social network databases in the Land of Meat and Machinery. During this time, meat and machinery used to co-exist, but at some point all organic life began to die off. The machines tried to preserve the meat by recreating it, but failed. The broken minds of these machines created The Reign, which OSIRIS seeks to destroy.
Delirium[]
When OSIRIS is first seen by Charlotte, she is looking for Anri. OSIRIS offers to help Charlotte find Anri in exchange for Charlotte's help in bringing down the Reign. He remembers that they cannot exit the area they are in if they do not burn the meats, and helps Charlotte in the dark room by providing a flashlight. Once Charlotte gets the meats by throwing OSIRIS at them, they go to the next area.
In the next area, OSIRIS opens a door. If Charlotte chooses the right door first, they are chased by a strange meat creature, and OSIRIS chides her for her "IRRESPONSIBLE DECISIONS". They run to the elevator in the center room, chased by the same type of strange meat creature seen in the right room.
While inside the elevator, OSIRIS explains his past to Charlotte much to her annoyance. He expresses an intense desire to get to the core of the Reign no matter what.
Once they find a machine, OSIRIS helps Charlotte find a key and create a crowbar using it. They use this crowbar to find test subjects which allow him to create an android body using the machine. Now with a functional body, he easily moves the metal out of the blocked doorway, allowing them to move on to the next area.
As they get ever closer to the core, they continue to be chased until they get into the elevator. In this elevator, OSIRIS explains his plan to upload his mind into the Reign and initiate self-destruction, effectively committing suicide. Charlotte asks him if he is suicidal and depressed, and he refuses to answer.
Once in the core, OSIRIS manages to complete his plan as Charlotte distracts the Reign, but is not allowed to die as Charlotte takes him with her to her House. When he asks why, Charlotte explains that OSIRIS promised to do her homework.

Trivia[]
- OSIRIS is named after the Ancient Egyption god of the afterlife, death, resurrection, life, and vegetation. His brother, Set, cut him up into pieces and was eventually put back together by his wife, Isis.[2]
- OSIRIS's orb sprites are the same sprites as the drones seen in episode one.
- At the end of Delirium, OSIRIS's expression is that of his orb drone form, however, his sprite in the room indicates that he is actually in his android form.
Notes[]
- OSIRIS's name is usually written in full caps, when said by both OSIRIS and Charlotte. However, OSIRIS says everything in all caps and it's possible Charlotte was just imitating him, as in the later scenes, it is said by Charlotte as "Osiris" and not "OSIRIS."
