The Outside World, also known as -1F, is a world that exists outside of The House and is shown in Hello Charlotte Episode Two. It can only be reached via elevator at the School, and is only accessible to C and the School's teachers.
General[]
The Outside World is visited during Day 25 by Charlotte and C. After Charlotte discovers she accidentally killed the stray Magcats by feeding them Junk Food, Charlotte collapses after being accused of being a cat killer by her classmates. After being carried to the Infirmary by C and waking up, he tells Charlotte that he has found a way of escaping the House. They go to the eleavtor and travel to -1F, ending up in the Outside World.
The Outside World is composed of 4 main areas, the Bug Town, the Cube Area, the Gacha Maze, and the Forest of the Defective. It is the only place in the False Realm that is outside of the House.
Bug Town[]
- Bug Town is an unofficial nickname for the area populated by bugs in the Outside World, and does not have an official name.
Charlotte and C enter Bug Town in search of shelter, and talk to various bugs who all offer to sell them things. They encounter a market, a Shop of Knowledge, and a Church that's actually a bank. C politely refuses all of the offers from the bugs, and the two leave for the next area after realizing there's no place for them in the Bug Town.
Gacha Maze[]
- Gacha Maze is an unofficial nickname for the maze area that contains multiple gacha boxes, and does not have an official name.
When Charlotte first enters the Gacha Maze, she has a coughing fit after remembering the maze from the first game's TV World, where Charlotte killed White Freya. Throughout the maze, there are various art gacha boxes, each of which contains a random gacha item (displayed below).
About halfway through the Maze, C asks Charlotte about her Seth Puppeteer. He mentions that Seth tye puppeteers are usually assigned to boys, while Lillith and Eve types are usually assigned to girls. Charlotte laughs this off, and says that Seth is special in many ways.

Cube Area[]
- Cube Area is an unofficial nickname for the area with two large cubes in the Outside World, and does not have an official name.
This area contains two massive floating cubes, each with a smaller cube next to it. The yellow cube on the right reads, "Memorials for Anonymous Leaders, the True Rulers of the World". Interacting with the blue-ish cube on the right causes Charlotte to ask what the smaller cubes are, and C believes that they are soul offerings. Charlotte and C realize there is no place to stay in this area either, and continue onwards.
Forest of the Defective[]
At the entrance of the Forest of the Defective, a sign reads the following:
"All the unwanted, all the unneeded,
All the excessive, all that amount to nothing
Are buried here, in The Forest of the Defective"
A body pit in this forest is filled with "failures", victims of the Trial who had their soul cubes formatted and lost their ego as a result. C calls these people the "garbage of society." Another body pit causes Charlotte to wonder if she too will be buried in this forest. People are hanging from the branches of a tree in this forest, which means that this forest is apparently a suicide spot, although it is unknown how these students were able to reach the forest.
Towards the end of this area, C will ask her to commit suicide within him so that they can go to a heavenly domain. Charlotte will leave the choice up to the Puppeteer due to her inability to decide.
If the Puppeteer refuses, she will tell C that she wants him to live as he has a panic attack, and Frei will appear to chastise Charlotte for being selfish. Charlotte will try to choke Frei, and guards will come to take Charlotte and C back to the School.
Happy End: Ignorant Bliss[]
If the Puppeteer accepts C's offer, the two will become cruel gods with no concern for human matteers and ascend to a heavenly domain. This ending is noted to be part of Charlotte's imagination.
