The RATION CARD is an item given as part of the SOLVE-IT STARTER PACK in Mr. Rainer's Solve-It Service.
Background[]
A RATION CARD is first given to ÜLAR in the SOLVE-IT SERVICE STARTER PACK before MR RAINER enters BACKGROUND MODE. RATION CARDs can be used at the DISPENSER once per day to get SILICA GEL, a necessary item for an ECHO's nutrition. If not fed this SILICA GEL, an ECHO will die.
