RENE is a character in Mr. Rainer's Solve-It Service. He appears in all routes of the game.

Appearance[]

RENE has white skin, and red sclera with white pupils. When opening his mouth, it is very visibly red, although he never has any teeth. He is very tall, and also has very long white horns. Small tufts of white hair can be seen coming from under the hood of his red raincoat. His raincoat has two, vertical rows of black buttons, all of which are buttoned. The sleeves of his raincoat are covered midway between his elbow and his shoulder by black gloves that are seen on him at all times. RENE is also seen with black legs, presumably because of some sort of black leg-clothing. He is often smiling, even when talking about the end of the world or threatening others.

  • Desperate and disillusioned,
  • The Humo built a museum.
  • A museum that contained copies
  • Of every Humo that ever lived.
  • However, the copies weren't made of flesh and bone.
  • Instead, they were made of special yarn meant to last for millennia.

3[]

  • Eventually, The Humo nation ceased to be,
  • But the yarn dolls remained.
  • Even though they were copies of The Humo,
  • They were merely data containers.
  • They weren't aware of their existence in the first place.
  • So they just sat there, not moving an inch.
  • Centuries passed.

4[]

  • One day, the door to the museum opened.
  • Another nation came to the small planet
  • In search for resources.
  • However, not understanding the value of the yarn dolls,
  • They recycled the yarn and made themselves garments from it,
