Each raincoat-hjörian TAG is unique. Each one also has a different VIRTUE, ÜLAR's is NULL. All raincoat-hjörians are meant to come from The Factory.
Raincoats store a hjörian's memory, body shape, throught processes and sensations. A hjörian is a being that comes from the Unharvested Sea, and lacks pain receptors. They simply feed upon the etherium that etheroids produce. When coming into contact with a raincoat, a hjörian is seized by the raincoat and becomes a raincoat-hjörian. Raincoats are unable to move on their own without bonding to another creature
Raincoats do not bond to ECHOES, an ifite-based organism with; thick skin, limited body dynamics, and structures prone to failure. Meanwhile, hjörians are made of small silicone particles that are much easier to mold into different shapes. Raincoat-hjörians have only four senses; sight, touch, balance, and hearing. Despite the ability to sense touch, they are unable to feel pain.

The optional system info popout for raincoat-hjörians becomes available at the start of the game when MR RAINER gives ÜLAR numerous files. When looking at the TAG part of ÜLAR's public profile, MR RAINER notes that each Raincoat-hjörian has a unique tag.
