The Soda Can appears twice in the second half of Hello Charlotte Episode 3; both are found on Floor 9.

The first one is needed to obtain the Key. It is inside a vending machine, and requires a Coin to get. Once obtained, use the fuse box to restore power to Room 433, then use it while standing in front of the fridge. The soda will then explode, revealing the Key inside.

The second one is found several tiers below, during the third and final puzzle on 9F. It's located inside the freezer next to where Scarlett is resting. This time, the soda is used as an ingredient for the DIY Bomb.
