The Soul Cube is a scrapped item found within the database for Hello Charlotte Episode 2. The item itself is conspicuous in that unlike many other unused items in Ep 2, it's complete with both a sprite graphic and a description. Regardless, the item does not appear to have any functionality and likely cannot be used at all.
This Soul Cube might have been intended to be added to the player's inventory during HC2's Grey End branch, during a scene in which Umbrella Man hands the Oracle Charlotte Vincent's soul cube. However, upon closer examination of the event scripting for that scene, the string that would call for this item to be placed in the Inventory is missing, so the item isn't even "stealth dropped" into Charlotte's stuff, and thus does not appear to be used in the final build of the game.
