The TV World, also known as Delphi or 6F, is a world created by The Oracle, and is the main area in Hello Charlotte Episode One. The TV World disappeared into oblivion after Charlotte merged with the Oracle, but is also visited in Hello Charlotte Episode Three.

General[]

The TV World is composed of multiple channels, which once used to be infinite according to the Oracle. When the TV World is visited by Charlotte and Felix in Episode 1, only a handful of the remain as recordings which can be accessed through the TV Hall.

Librarian Frei implies that the channels may have been created by those who were encountered within them, as the fatal dangers in them were all security measures to protect themselves from the Globalists. etherane also states that each dimension is a mindscape of their respective owners, with the Bear Channel being made from the Bunny Pythia and so on.

The TV World is briefly revisited in Hello Charlotte 3, when Florence and Scarlett go to visit the dying world in order to find V19.

Bear Channel[]

Charlotte immediately enters the Bear Channel upon entering the TV World which houses Bunny Freya. The dark mansion conforms with stereotypical RPGMaker horror games and has many different references to existing works, albeit with bear puns. Teddy bears are seen throughout the building, 2 of which will attack Charlotte and gut her alive if they catch her, resulting in a Bad Ending: Little Teddy Wants to Play.

There is also a mysterious Cat Room in this channel, which has a fireplace that Charlotte must enter after drinking the correct drink. If she chooses wrong the Bad Ending: Burned to Death will occur. After obtaining a Rabbit Toy and giving it to Bunny Freya, Charlotte can move forwards in the mansion. Eventually she will be captured by the teddy bears after entering a very glitchy room, and must choose to go to the Torture Room to move on to the next channel through the TV Hall.

etherane went on to state that the concept behind the Bear Channel was that the bears were a hologram created for trespassers in order to follow the notes voluntarily and lead them to death. The whole area is a "playground" of sorts, although it is not very obvious nor is it stated by the characters in the game.

TV Hall[]

The TV Hall is a long corridor that bridges the gap between the various channels of the TV World. It is lined with several large, old-fashioned television sets that lead to another dimension or "channel". This area is first reached after Charlotte is taken to the Torture Room by the bears. Upon entering this area, the Puppeteer will inform her that she is no longer able to save without a save point.

Silent Film Channel[]

1st Time[]

This channel takes the form of a black and white library, and is owned by Librarian Frei. The Silent Film Channel is the only channel that is altered by changing the channel in order to make it safer to explore. The library is filled with boxes and Drones that walk in random patterns, which can become dangerous if Charlotte opens a box that turns all robot deadly. Most of the boxes contain harmless, randomly-generated contents. Some however, can kill Charlotte upon opening them. The Hall of Ignorance has looping aisles that are patroleld by many drones, and the player must find clues to open the next door here. Charlotte can also find the story of the Tiny God.

After reaching the last door, Felix decides to enter the code to open the door. The door promptly blows his head off, resulting in Librarian Frei coming to offer Charlotte advice. He tells Charlotte to change the channel to save Felix, and although Charlotte doesn't trust him, she changes the channel because she has no other solution.

2nd Time[]

When Charlotte re-enters the library, it is safer and contains no fatal traps. There are no longer any drones, and the boxes contain nothing, with a Silent Film CG saying that "Opening the boxes is meaningless!" Puzzles have been slightly altered, and The Tale of the Ink Princess can be found on some bookshelves within the Hall of Knowledge, which was previously called the Hall of Ignorance.

Librarian Frei can be found in the Hall of Knowledge, but has no knowledge of Charlotte. Frei tells her that his library is illegal, and he notes the fact that the moment his people find the library, they'll burn it. This Frei also notes that he is planning on making a security system, implying that this may be a Librarian Frei who existed before the first one Charlotte meets.

When Charlotte reaches the same exit that killed Felix, she demands to open the door in his stead. She tells him that she changed the channel, not completely understanding what that means. The exit is harmless.

Surreal Channel[]

The Surreal Channel is a bizarre world, and is the most danger-filled channel. White Freya is the main antagonist found in this area, but other characters such as Ms. Poppy, various Flower Ladies, and many Mobs are encountered here.

Space of Happiness[]

The Space of Happiness is composed of two areas. The first area has many Oculus mobs that wander around erratically, which Charlotte must avoid coming into contact with in order not to die. After going through these Oculi, she enters an area with many Flower Ladies. The first violet Flower Lady she encounters tells her "Flowers that tell lies have a bad memory. All of the lying flowers will ask Charlotte to get a box, but will change their answer when asked again. The truthful flower asks for the Red Box, which is found in the Space of Abundance.

Space of Abundance[]

The Space of Abundance is only accessible after going to the Space of Happiness and interacting with the Flower Lady who asks for a Red Box. Charlotte enters the Space of Abundance in order to find the Red Box, and is chased by steak mobs as she exits the room. If she chooses the wrong box, she will get the Bad End: Lying Flowers.

Space of Gore[]

The Space of Gore features many pomegranate mobs, as well as Ms. Poppy. Ms. Poppy has an optional quest attached to her, where the player can bring her the Shiny Brooch and help her in exchange for Eye Drops. These Eye Drops allow Charlotte and Felix to access the next area.

Space of Absurdity[]

A subset of the Maze area, the Space of Absurdity is found after exploring the Maze. It is the area in which Felix or Charlotte, depending on who stayed behind, will explore many doors that lead to nowhere with a constantly shifting background that looks like a kaleidoscope. Eventually, either Felix or Charlotte will say that they feel as though they are wasting time and should check back on their friend in case something bad happened.

Maze[]

Charlotte can use either the Eye Drops or the Shiny Brooch to get to the next area, by either poking or soothing the eye on the door. If the Shiny Brooch is used, it will turn into the Bloody Pin. Behind the eye door is a room with a white floor and black walls, with a TV set that functions as a save point.

The Maze is the most iconic point in this channel, with the Gacha Maze in Hello Charlotte 2 reminding Charlotte of this Maze and giving her a brief anxiety attack. If Felix is chosen to stay behind in this maze, the player will inevitably get a bad ending, and the Umbrella Man will criticize Seth harshly in the "Umbrella Man's Afternoon Tea Time" cutscene. If Charlotte is chosen to stay behind, a mysterious man will come wearing an Executioner Mask and possess her in order to kill White Freya.

White Freya is behind a room that is locked that will only be unlocked if the player decides to leave Felix behind in the Maze, and Charlotte will find Felix murdered inside here. Beyond White Freya's room is an area with 6 doors, all of which lead to the same place, leaving her victims unable to hide during her "game."

The middle door leads to an incinerator which must have a body placed into it in order to move on to the next area. Charlotte throws White Freya's body in here after she stays behind in the Maze.

Slaughterland[]

The Slaughterland is a blood-filled town littered with Pythia corpses, and is populated by various Executioners. When Charlotte and Felix enter this city, they are greeted with a contamination warning at the city entrance. the only danger here are the Executioners, who reside in Slaughterhouse-6 and will swiftly attack and kill Charlotte and Felix if they enter without wearing Executioner Masks themselves.

Within Slaughterhouse-5 is a room that contains a large mural that stronger resembles White Freya. Further beyond is a room filled with more Pythian corpses. One Freya is slightly alive, and the Oracle occupies her body during her last breaths. Charlotte and Felix get to talk to the Oracle they were searching for the first time, and the Oracle seems to recognize Charlotte and claims it once knew her parents. The Oracle asks the two to leave in order to save themselves, but still wishes to be with her "children" until the very end.

Final Channel[]

  • The Final Channel is an unofficial name for the last channel visited in the TV World, which does not have an official name.

The last channel visited in Hello Charlotte 1 is the place where the Oracle resides, and is only accessible after Charlotte and Felix meet the Oracle in the Slaughterland. It is a space devoid of any features, save for the TV sets that all display different channels, in the center is an enormous television which the Oracle resides within. The Oracle briefly explains that the Pythias brought upon themselves, and says that it is dying. It offers Charlotte a potential way to escape by merging with it, and Charlotte uses some of the Oracle's power to return herself and Felix home without a second having passed in their world.

6F (HC3)[]

The truth behind the Oracle and the TV World is revealed in Hello Charlotte 3, when Scarlett and Florence visit the TV World. The Oracle was former Charlotte Unit O91, who was forcefully kept alive in a lab in order to keep the TV World alive for as long as possible. She was likely the test subject of the "Oracle Project", which seems to have allowed her the power of creating an infinite number of alternate universes, all for the purpose of creating media. Florence notes that "this place hasn't changed at all," when she sees the stasis field.

Documents, dead scientists, and various magcats that ate the scientists are seen throughout final room, and are frozen in time. In the center of the room is a large capsule that contains green fluid and Charlotte O91. Among the documents are "On Pythias and Communism", "Artifical Religion and Game Theory", and "Channels as Parallel Worlds."
