The Test Subject is an item in Hello Charlotte: Delirium found within a room in the Meat World, however the room requires the Crowbar to access. Once inside, interact with the left-most tank in the back of the room against the wall, then break it open to obtain the Test Subject. It must then be brought back to the machine room to be used in the creation of OSIRIS's new body. Will disappear after its use.
