The Bullied One is the name given to a minor NPC in Hello Charlotte Episode Three by Charles. She is only seen once, and has no dialogue.
Appearance[]
The Bullied One has long, brown/grey hair that is cut off by the bullies. She has many bruises on her face and swollen cheeks from being consistently abused, and may be missing some teeth. Her knuckles are also covered in bruises and cuts, presumably from trying to defend herself. She also has black eyes, and wears a greenish sweater.
Personality[]
Not much is known about the Bullied One's personality, but it is known that she is a victim of constant bullying and has mostly given up on speaking back at them.
Story[]
Hello Charlotte 3[]
The Bullied One is only seen once, 681 days before the Trial. Charles and Anri are watching her being bullied in order to gain blackmail on the bullies, as Anri is planning on hanging out with them the very next day.
As she is being bullied by the other students, her hair is cut in a scene bearing striking resemblance to the bullying that happens to Charlotte in Hello Charlotte 2. The similarity is so strong that the hair cutting CGs are almost exactly the same, with Charlotte's having white hair rather than the brown/grey of the Bullied One.
As Anri and Charles run away from the scene, Anri wonders if they should call a teacher in order to help the Bullied One, however, Charles states that all the teachers have likely left the building.
The Bullied One is referenced when Charles commits suicide, as being one of his failures. More specificially, he "couldn't help the bullied one."

- The girl who bullies her bears a striking resemblance to Girl B, although her face is mutated due to it being seen from Charles' perspective.
