The School is one of the main locations in Hello Charlotte Episode Two and Hello Charlotte Episode Three. It is also present in Heaven's Gate, but functions as a normal school in that game.
The School exists to help Charlotte complete her Education Program. It also features puzzles and the SOCIALIZATION mechanics which are meant to interest the viewer. The School usually has students who bully Charlotte in order to make the audience more sympathetic to her, as seen in Charlotte Wiltshire and V19's story. The Trial is also featured in the School, where students and teachers vote on those they consider worthy to society in order to root out the "Defective." It is unclear if this is a mechanic only present in Charlotte Wiltshire's world.
Q84 was able to subvert these tropes by getting rid of SOCIALIZATION and taking control of the School.
In Heaven's Gate, the School functioned as a standard School and was merely where Charles went to school.

A book found in Charlotte's house, the "Education Program Information Booklet" seems to come from the School. It has a few Tips.
Tip #1: SOCIALIZE every day! SOCIALIZATION is a core element of the Education Program.
Tip #2: Report any suspicious activity on SCHOOL GROUNDS.
Tip #3: Don't feed any stray animals on SCHOOL GROUNDS. Stay safe and ensure the safety of your fellow students!
In stark contrast to this booklet, Huxley's paper in the same room seem to feel that SOCIALIZATION should be something left up to the students, rather than something forcibly performed every day.
While going to School, the entrance is seen as jumping down a cliff on a road into a ball pit.
