The True Realm is the "real world" in the Hello Charlotte Series. It is only referenced in Episode One, Episode Two, and Delirium, but is shown in Episode Three, and Heaven's Gate.
This area is mainly referenced throughout the first game, and while hints to the True Realm are almost realized towards the end of Hello Charlotte Episode One: Junk Food, Gods and Teddy Bears when Charlotte takes her Pills. Her house becomes much more standard and less minimalistic. In the second game, you can see Charlotte has been researching the True Realm in her room with a large wall being covered with string and papers.
