UKU is introduced during the string of advertisements at the start of the game. He is an Allseer from DOME NOI, and is a notable one at that. UKU is asked where The Vanishing will occur again, and he says that "[d]isturbances in the astral plane point to DOME MÜ," the DOME where the advertisement is being filmed.
